Barndominium.org is a passion project for our whole family. The photo is from 2013 — the first barn we looked at, and the first real idea for a barn home.
Ian is a third-generation prefab builder. Our family has worked in the prefab and metal recycling industries since the 1960s, starting in Kentucky, and since 2013 we have helped more than a thousand clients build — with floor plans, prefab kits, and finding local builders who know how to put one up.
We earn a commission when readers buy plans or kits through our links. It never costs you extra and it never decides what we recommend.
