BM5550

The BM5550 is a shophouse with a stunning living space and a large shop area. The garage is large enough to store an RV, or be turned into a 2, 3 or even 4-car garage.

The wraparound porch provides plenty of space for outdoor entertaining.

The two-story great room can have flat (20’) or vaulted ceilings (30’) – the choice is yours. The open living room features a grand fireplace.

BM2500

The master bedroom sits on the first floor and features a custom shower, freestanding tub, double vanities and a walk-in closet.

The eat-in kitchen offers space to entertain and share family meals. You’ll love the walk-in pantry and the grilling porch that’s easily accessible from the kitchen.

The mudroom leads to a glass breezeway and the 3-car garage. The garage has a bonus room with a bunkhouse and bathroom.

What Do the Plans Include?

While this can vary depending on the plan, generally, you will receive:

First and second floor plans (if applicable)
Roof plan
Foundation plan
Roof framing plan
Right and left elevation
Front and rear elevation
Window and door schedule
First and second floor electrical and plumbing plans
Second floor I-Joist plan

Some plans also include a one-time build license as well as a digital download.

In some cases, and for an additional fee, BuildMax can assist with creating a site plan for your home. A plot plan or deed description must be provided.
